CAPTAIN KAINE
Captain Kaine has held DJ residencies at Byron’s La La Land, Play Nightclub, Buddha Bar, Cocomangas, the Backroom and the Beach Hotel and just returned from playing at Kubik, Berlin. He has played alongside acts like Cut Copy, 1200 Techniques, Bang Gang, GT, Abel, Felix Da Housecat, Sharam Jey, Mike Monday, Sucker dj's, Adam Freeland, Stanton Warriors, Tayo, BLIM, Jose Padilla, Jon Sa Trincha and has featured at festivals including Adventjah (with Blissbomb), Gatecrasher & annually at Splendour In The Grass. Kaz James from the Bodyrockers says "Captain Kaine is one of the best Australian dj's I have seen. His mixing skills are world class!" Captain Kaine's unique style has given him a reputation for shaking the foundations of any dancefloor, anywhere, at any time so be prepared for some haunted acid house & dirty jacking electro. |

DAVE C
Dave C has been a DJ for over a decade, starting as a resident of Byron’s old Carpark Nightclub he rapidly moved into the outdoor party scene playing a unique sound of electro tech based trance. He has played at many festivals and parties throughout Australia including Escape, Happy Valley, Splendour In The Grass and the Byron Bay Electronic Music Festival. Dave presently has a weekly residency at the Buddha Bar in Byron Bay. Dave C has refined his sound to a unique blend of electro house. His style has been described by many of his dance floor devotees as funky and quirky progressive electro house. Fat bass lines, warm melodies, solid grooves and bent effected vocals, blend smoothly through his pumping seamless mixes. |

E.V.P. (live)
Electronic Voice Phenomena, three part electronic music ensemble. Came together when the two producers Pete (Pleasure Dome) and Jono (Clan Analogue, Keystone) found Marissa to sing with their electro-pop beats. After a few months in the studio and an album soon to be released, they are set to bring the E.V. P. sound to the live stage, adding a kit drummer and electronic guitar to the show. |

FLYNN ‘N’ CLEGS
Flynn n Clegs are the Saturday night residents at Byron’s PLAY> nightclub, playing with other guest DJs like Captain Kaine and Sean Candy, the duo share the decks doing solo sets as well as plenty of back to back action. Still only 19 years old, Flynn from Suffolk Park and and 18 year old Clegs from Lennox Head have impressed the crowd with their mixing skills, music selection and their ability to party behind the the decks. Their hard driven vocal to electro house sets have already made a huge impact on the local scene and they are sure be rocking dance floors for a long time to come. |

JET MORE
The originator of the "dirty tuff disco" sound, Jet More, arrives back in OZ bringing with him the dirtiest and funkiest sounds from Tokyo's electronic underground, where he was resident at the infamous Club Pylon, Tokyo. Jet has collaborated musically with artists such as Tsuyoshi Suzuki (to record 'Box Rocker' which was a rockin dancefloor monster),Tim Heally and Nick Taylor , with whom he forms half of the Jet-Taylor experience. Tours have included USA, Chile, UK, Greece, Thailand, Portugal, India, Bali, Spain, Japan and Australia and Jet is programming the DJ stage at the upcoming Exodus festival, near Byron. Jet describes his music as nu-wave punk-funk and whorehouse," a melding of 80's new wave, electro, acid house, funk and techno. |

KRISTIN
Kristin is a hip-hop and r’n’b girl at heart who plays to the crowd, her main aim “ to keep the dance floor pumping”. As a resident DJ at Cocomangas, Byron Bay on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Byron Bay for the last five years and on Friday nights at the Ballina Hotel for the last three years, Kristin has certainly been meeting that aim. Get ready for a big dance friendly mix of retro, dance, hip-hop and r’n’b. |

M-PHONIK
As a DJ, Lismore’s M-Phonik specializes in Australian grime, dubstep, breaks and drum’n’bass. As a Producer, M-Phonik started in Melbourne in the mid nineties with analogue hardware, hooked on the sounds of early breaks and jungle. Facing the new decade, M-Phonik took the next logical step, producing tunes using some of the early PC audio programs. More recently he has been working on a record label called Quiver Operative dealing with futuresounds (dubstep, grime) from local producers and hope to have some releases out very soon. |

DJ Pob is tuning an underground sound incorporating electro breaks, dubtech and tweeky house. His styles are as diverse as bass heavy. With a keen ear, inventive mixing and a respect for the floor, Pob has supported acts like Krafty Kuts, Adam Freeland, Nubreed, Bass Kleph and played at local clubs, festivals and events including Buddha Bar NYE, Splendour In The Grass and Bellingen Global Carnival. Pob’s weekly Saturday, prime-time show, on Byron Bay FM 99.9 transmits a broad kaleidoscope of the electronic musical world. Pob loves nothing better than reflecting good vibes and spreading great music. |

SEAN CANDY
If you like it fun n funky, deep and quirky, DJ Sean Candy delivers a great mix of dance tunes, from electro house, tech-punk-funk, deep disco to driving-phat-breaks. He has rocked dance floor's across the globe, including the USA, Europe, Japan, and South America and has regular appearances at Byron events such as Splendour in the Grass and Super Freaky Kinky. Sean has been producing dance beats for over a decade with various projects and collaborations, including Slot Machine, Ganga Giri and A.B. Didj Oblivion. He won the 2005 Music Oz Awards in the dance category, and is fast becoming recognised for his eklectic sounds and dance worthy grooves. |
